JOHNSTON, IA (IRN) – A Johnston man wants snow and more snow. WOI-TV reports 22-year-old Mason Rumpf has Cerebral Palsy. It limits his movements so he asked friends and neighbors to help get him the money for an ActionTrak wheelchair that would allow him to do more. The community raised the $15,000 in a few weeks, and Rumpf has his new chair–with a snowplow attachment.
