IOWA (IRN) – A recent White House Coronavirus Taskforce Report says 90% of Iowa counties are experiencing high or moderate levels of virus transmission. They say expect spikes in cases in small towns after gatherings on Halloween and Thanksgiving.

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (IRN) – The University of Northern Iowa is seeing a large increase in its COVID-19 positivity rate, which as of Friday, was at 24 percent. Last week it was about 10 percent.

DES MOINES, IA (IRN) – Allegations of illegal, foreign donations are making their way into Iowa political campaigns. The Iowa Republican Party claims Democratic candidates are accepting foreign money in Iowa House races. Democrats say the money is from Americans living overseas, not foreign nationals, and is legal.

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA (IRN) – Many people are using food delivery services during the pandemic. But the popular service Grubhub has been adding some eastern Iowa businesses without their permission, causing confusion among restaurants and their customers.
