OGDEN, IA (IRN) – Firefighters battled a massive fire at a grocery store in downtown Ogden Saturday night. The fire started before 9 p.m. at the Ogden Mart. One of the walls collapsed and flames were shooting 50 feet in the air. The cause of the fire is unknown.

DES MOINES, IA (IRN) – A multiple vehicle accident in Des Moines has sent several people to emergency rooms, according to KCCI-TV. Their names and conditions have not been released.

BOONE, IA (IRN) – A train derailed in Boone on Saturday. At approximately 6 p.m., the train derailed near Hy-Vee. An estimated nine cars were derailed from the track. The derailment caused damage to several vehicles in the Union Pacific parking lot. Hy-Vee, Dollar General and O’Riley’s Auto Parts were evacuated.
